Three interesting races at Fairyhouse this afternoon although none of them offer an apportunity for a bet. However looking forward to seeing Trafford Lad in the Powers gold cup. Has very solid credentials and formlines but limited value at 15/8. Interested in seeing how Aran Concerto runs - very unlikely that he retains ability and Deutschland (who ran well at Navan last time) should be be biggest danger. Kempes who hit first at Cheltenham looks likely favourite in novice hurdle but worth taking on - would give chances to Dundrum and Puyol. The experienced Luska Lad carrying a ten pound penalty in the bumper should put Dunquib's form into further perspective.
