Philips Hobbs has introduced a few nice types this season, most notably Fingal Bay, and recent bumper winner Village Vic. Colour Squadron showed considerable potential when beating Montbazon in a decent Newbury maiden last time and I expect him to improve again today in the Tolworth Hurdle at Sandown. Prospect Wells presents a formidable obstacle but the track and small field should favour Richard Johnson's mount.
Otherwise, on a trappy card, Master of the Hall, despite conceding weight looks a class above and ought to prevail.
