Punchestown Grade 1s

Plenty of rain enabled the classier horses hold their form and strut their stuff. Being at the end of season, immediate formlines are probably irrelevant but some serious horses were able to confirm their credentials and lay down markers for next season. Willie Mullins must be itching to see the summer fly by as he has an incredible array of potentially top class chasers. In no particular order plaudits go to Hurricane Fly, Dunguib, Fiveforthree, Solwhit and Mikael D'hagunet. Ireland may have lacked contenders at championship level but that is about to change!!!

cheers...
